Will You LOOK at What Turbo Has Done?

Well, will you?

Isn't it spectacular? Don't you love it?

She came by today to drop off her teal and chocolate stars for the swap and brought this WIP along for show and tell. I was dazzled.

And do you notice the "maverick" stars? You betcha.

Have I mentioned that I love this kid? Her mom doesn't quilt and neither do my daughters. So we kind of need each other.

Besides, she makes me feel better about my tendency to buy fabric.

Way to go, Turbo!

Turbo is an invigorating breath of fresh air, isn't she?

Priceless artwork. I'll bet President Elect Obama would love to see this. Seriously!

Love Turbo's WIP. Isn't great to be kindred spirits with someone with whom you share a passion? I gave my sister and my best friend some beginning lessons in quilting this week. So awesome.
It looks amazing. I love the colors and the message. What a great friend to have.

I want it! Tell the Talented Turbo she's got me doing a mental inventory of my RWB fabric. Hmmm... I have a great pieced donkey around here somewhere.

Thanks for sharing, Nancy!

Wow... good for her and good for you! Nice to have someone to share work with and even better when it is cross-generational.

Enjoy your treat!

Holy catfish! Was she working on this during the whole campaign season or did she just make it since election day? (My first visit to your blog, courtesy of Hedgehog at Life's A Quilt.)

Neat quilt there. Can't quite make out all the wording but love the border.

Loving her work and fabulous she has you to share it with!

Am blog-hopping my way trough Chookyblue's SSCS list to see who else is playing.

What a great quilt! I hope someone will think to send it or a picture of it to the White House in January!
