I'm stubborn enough that I rarely ever take medicine for anything; I would just rather lay around and see what happens.NoVA Dadhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16661990626635939447noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27429478.post-11985182978559037182008-12-06T19:40:00.000-05:002008-12-06T19:40:00.000-05:00I'm glad you are feeling better Nancy. They make an excellent one for coughing called "HerbaTussin" and that I highly recommend trying. Also, I know from long experience how much coughing can tear up your throat, so I also use "Throat Coat" tea for that. Use honey in them for sweetening instead of sugar to soothe irritation.

When you prepare them, let them sit for about 15 min. under a tea cozy. The stronger they are, the better they work. You can find these teas in any good natural/organic foods kind of store if you have anything like that near you. I hope that you can find these teas and give them a try. Truly, they do make you feel a whole lot better. I couldn't get through winter without them on hand in my cupboard.

Hope you feel better soon.SallyBhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02866119113767406408noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27429478.post-49011383527835956662008-12-05T18:24:00.000-05:002008-12-05T18:24:00.000-05:00"(when did "medicine" go away and "medication" tak..."(when did "medicine" go away and "medication" take its place, does anyone know?
