Three Weeks To Go

Here is how I shall survive the next three weeks: By clinging to the belief that there are thousands of newly-awakened Americans who now find themselves mortified at what they have been supporting and are choosing to be very, very quiet about their decision to vote for Kamala, after all.

We share your hopes for sanity when voting for each and every voter in the nation. May our nation be saved from the despot and his equally corrupt cronies. Prayers continue.

Hugs!

We can only hope that sanity prevails.

My husband and I have been praying for our democracy to be saved in the USA.

I'm very concerned about what will happen in three weeks and will be praying alongside all of you good people!

I am clinging with you.

You are not alone in that thought. I don't like being afraid of what will happen if the wrong man is elected.

That kind of thinking is what keeps the three of us going as well. We live in a neighborhood filled with that elderly man’s signs although one brave lady has a Harris-Walz sign. We wave to whenever she is out in her yard.

I am really surprised - watching from another country, I might add - that anyone could vote for Kamala - she is an empty headed, giggling, no policy candidate, who answers any question with "Donald Trump". Trump may not be everyone's cup of tea, but kept Putin under control, your borders under control etc. But correct me if I'm wrong .......

We're with you and hopefully a vast majority of others who will vote blue, top to bottom on their ballot so the threats and horrors of the orange felon can never ever come to pass.
Yes, some immigrants have caused great danger: Peter Theil, Rupert Murdoch, and Elon Musk.

Hugs!

Unhinged is an understatement for his behavior. Did you hear what he said about Arnold Palmer this weekend? We have completed our mail-in ballots and will drop them in the box when early voting begins tomorrow.

In the words of John McEnroe, “You can not be serious?” As someone else from another country, I hope that sanity prevails for the sake of not only USA, but the rest of the world, too. What a pity that Nancy’s well written and entertaining blog has to be sullied by this rubbish, especially given her generous spirit that is so often displayed in her actions and philosophy on life that she so eloquently writes about.

I have been listening to the BBC's Americast blog avidly over the last few months and following events closely. It is followed all over the world. I also learned a lot about how QAnon came about from Gabriel Gatehouse's series "The Coming Storm". This morning in the car I caught part of a programe about the powers Donald Trump plans to shift to the Presidency.
It was pointed out yesterday that America is a young country so many are first time voters about whose affiliations we know little of. . .
