PB (no J)

Well, it was sometime rather early in the summer, I think, that Michelle shared the link for a wonderful pattern. She had the thought that perhaps a whole lot of us in our Guild would like to make Peanut Butter quilts

Jelly wasn't mentioned.

I messaged Michelle that I thought the pattern was nothing short of spectacular, but I was up to my adenoids in projects and while I'd love to make a Peanut Butter quilt, it likely wouldn't happen until autumn.

Drawing on the abundance of left-overs from the Pineapple quilt, I cut squares (two sizes) and lattice strips (one size) and started using them as leader-enders, and, -- predictably -- it wasn't long before my leader-ender demanded to be a real project. That tends to happen here.

So now it's a real flimsy, scheduled to go to the machinist in two weeks.

Two things you prolly should know:

(1)    The pattern designer named the quilt for her boyfriend's dog (See, I knew you were wondering).

(2)    I still love the pattern so much and I know I'll be making more of them. The next one will be called Jelly. Seriously.
