Mancuso Show 2025
We left a little after eleven and got to the show a little before twelve. As usual, we agreed to go our separate ways and meet up at an appointed time for lunch.
One of the best parts of the show this year was running into Guild mates here and there and almost everywhere. I hadn't seen some of them for several months. Our Guild had a special section and it was truly excellent.
These silk and beaded lizards were one of the first quilts we saw.
Sorry, no attribution for any of the quilts
The show wasn't crowded at all and I attributed that to knowing that the AQS show is going on concurrently not quite two hours away. People had to make a choice, I think. Also, there weren't as many vendors as there usually are. The French fabrics/African baskets people, for example. My gut tells me that they went to Lancaster for the AQS show.
We had a good time. My "good" knee has been bothering me a lot lately, and I didn't manage to see all of the quilts in the "other" room. But I saw everything in the main room. And I'm glad we went.
Another group of wonderful houses. This was made by a friend using the spoils from her month as Queen Bee.

Thanks for sharing. Hope your knee gets better.
I enlarged the last photo to see if he was wearing a kilt, but didn't see any tartan. Jazzy jacket, though.
Hugs!
