Sweet Dreams, Rhett!

Rhett Butler Slept Here One Dreary October Night is finished. Machine pieced and hand-quilting begun circa 2005; finished this week. It's soft and fall-ish in its coloration. I remember being absolutely tickled as I made those bazillion tiny HSTs for the second border. Binding fabric donated by a friend, as all of my CWs had been given away.

Now all I need is Mister Butler himself!

That's a fine finish for Mr. Butler! Glad all that work you put into the piecing came to be a "real" quilt. Looks terrific.

What a super quilt. It spurs me to think about all my reproduction blocks gathered in exchanges. Going the extra mile with those triangles has really paid off.

Perfect colours for this time of year, and those tiny HSTs make a perfect border!

Applause, applause!! I really love this quilt's fabrics, pattern, and - as I've said before - its name!

What is next on your sewqing agenda?

Hugs!
