Apricots, Pineapple, and Blueberries

Each morning Joe cuts up fresh fruit for our breakfast. He's been doing this for five years or so, and takes care to make the fruit bowl is not just a mixture of tasty combinations, but also that it is a delight to the eye. This morning's offering of apricots, pineapple, and blueberries was particularly beautiful, I thought.

I also felt another quilt coming on.

I think a quilt of batik fabrics in these colors would be just gorgeous!

What what a treat and what a honey. My husband sets the breakfast table before bed and gets things out in the morning and I also appreciate that.

My mouth started watering at the thought of mango instead of apricot. Yum.

dibs on the leftovers, LOL....or you could just set another place at the breakfast table....I could bring some oatmeal to go along with the beautiful fruit.

your Joe is a real find - my DH is just hopeless in the kitchen.

I loved staying at your house and having Joe do this for ME too :c)

Yummy!! And what inspiration for a quilt! The deep blue of the bowl sure makes a nice back drop...
