Gato Limpio: The Very Cleanest Cat

I wrote the story of this quilt when it was a finished flimsy. And now, thanks to my gourmet quilter, Kat, it's a finished quilt. I think if you click on the photo it will enlarge and you will be able to see her glorious work. Including the small, clean cat in the lower left corner.

Spectacular...looks like fireworks....so appropriate to have it finished for the 4th :) While I wasn't able to spot the cat, I was able to see the stunning quilting which is speCATualar as well ;-)

This quilt was like catnip, enticing me to visit your blog. It is so beautiful. Although I couldn't find the cat when I enlarged the photo, I could admire the lovely quilting. Happy 4th of July.

OK - I don't feel so bad - the others could find the quilted cat either. Congratulations on a stunning finish!

This is Stunning! Wow--love everything about it.
I think I would need better eyes than what I have in order to find the cat.

What a joyous and jubilant quilt this is! Love the layout of those interesting blocks, the colors, the quilting - and I just may have seen bits of that quilted-in cat, but not the whole cat.

Applause to you, the quiltmaker, and to Kat, your gourmet quilter!

Hugs!

Gorgeous quilt! I 'get' the cleanest cat but I'll paper piece before giving a cat a bath. In fact I would have happily paper-pieced for you.
