Lancaster Diamond: Ringer*

 

*Ringer: The block that replaces The One That Got Away.

The original quilt that Fanny's friend made had no identification as to its maker. That is unfortunate and is not to be the case with this opus.

I designed this block to take the place of the one that I'd found impossible not worth my time to make.

I might tweak it a bit, i.e., add another narrow strip between the gold strips and the embroideries, but this is the general idea. We'll see.
