900 Post Celebration


I haven't forgotten my promise of a give-away to celebrate my 900th post.  Truth be told, I haven't had the opportunity to go to the LQS to find an appropriate gift!

However, this morning I learned that I am going to be able to attend the Lancaster show on Friday of this very week!  Like day-after-tomorrow!  I had about given up on going, and then, suddenly, it all worked out.  I am certain that among the 300+ vendors that I will find just the right gift for my give-away.

I "check" on you via your blog because you have written interesting things about quilting, but I'm even more interested in your observations about life topics, the school, and other miscellaneous stuff. You seem to have a gentle spirit and you share the same faith background that I do. I found your blog when I was trying to find 'net info combining Philly and quilting.

I'm heading up to the show too - on Satuday. It's going to feel strange not going to the Host. I hope this new place is nice. I have my list of fabric 'needs' at hand....can't wait to browse. Have fun! Piece.....

For some reason i couldn't comment at the 900 post but that won't stop me to congratulate you! 900 that's a lot to say :)
I don't remember how I found your blog. I just know that I (mostly hahaha) like what I read and what I see.Simple as that!

I have your blogged tagged, so I read almost every post... unless I am swamped! Which has been alot lately. I enjoy not only your quilting posts, but also enjoy reading your other interesting posts on life :-).... I will be in Lancaster on Saturday, but already have my shopping list made out :-)

Wish I could go to LQS with you. I have this inner need to support the quilting economy in Lancaster County. Get yer walkin' shoes on, Lady! At least you won't be trekking to multiple buildings (I hope).

I'm coming up on number 900 myself, and I think I'm going to celebrate with a giveaway as well. Just seems like fun! If only I could figure out what to give away!
