Yes, yes, yes! As someone who grew up during the Civil Rights movement, it gladdens my heart to see Obama sooooooooo close to winning the White House! We'll find out for sure next Tuesday if there are no weird voting irregularities!
I occasionally drop by to enjoy your blog comments. I am a fellow quilter and Obama volunteer. I was very happy I happen to stop by today. The quote is wonderful. I too am holding my breath until after election for fear that the Republicans will find a way to steal it.
I agree - phooey on those who write ugly things that need to be deleted. I love the quote - and the photo.
I too an holding my breath - those sneaky Republicans are scaring me.
But Obama and "the other guy" were in Albuquerque on the same day - Obama drew 40,000 and the other side drew only 1,400 - and that is in a swing state - yay for our side. Then on to Denver - Obama drew 100,000 and the other side again, only drew a tiny portion of that.
Now everyone go vote!!!! We already did - in WA we have mail in ballots
Since I have to travel for business next week I was able to cast my ballot in a historical manner today. It felt great to vote for a man I feel I can put my confidence in. Pray to whomever you believe in that we will be able to "fly". The quote was wonderful.
